Booking Behaviour Report
Working with several millions of arts ticketing transactions, anonymised bookers and performances ingested via the ticketing pipelines we built for The Audience Agency, we constructed a Booking Behaviour Report giving monthly insights into the timing, frequency, proportion of first time visitors and group dynamics of arts organisation bookings.

Individual benchmarks against similar organisations are caclulated for each report.
The report gets sent via email to subscribed organisations once a month.
