We developed new bespoke modules including a Projects module which tracks artistic projects through a pipeline from ‘opportunity’ through to evaluation, forming an umbrella for multiple events and an in-depth reporting view.

To ensure the CRM system was easy to maintain and always up to date, we built a custom integrations for Artsadmin’s online ticketing system Spektrix which automatically updated the system daily, and implemented an integration with Mailchimp for their email marketing services.

Octophin Digital continues to support Artsadmin and maintains the system with further exciting developments in the pipeline.
