The National Red List Project
Since 2020 we have worked with the Institute of Zoology to create a new database, interactive map and importer of thousands of historic records for the National Red List.
This includes an advanced taxonomy system dealing with SIS clasification but also taxonomies specific to each assessment and different crtieria systems for different countries.
We integrated with the IUCN Red List API, built multiple searches, an interactive map and built an organisation and request based permissions system allowing users to upload records to specific organisations and only publish them when they are approved by "Lead Contributors" in the same organisation.
